INTERNAL COMPLAINTS COMMITTEE (ICC)

D.H.S.K. Commerce College, Dibrugarh, Assam is committed to provide a place of work and study free from sexual harassment, intimidation, discrimination and exploitation. All students, teaching and non-teaching staff, workers and officials (including temporary positions) will compulsorily treat one another and visitors to the College with respect as per the College Governing Body approved policy against Sexual Harassment at Workplace. This policy has been adopted in compliance with the directives of Hon'ble Supreme Court Judgement dated 13th August, 1997 in the case of Visakha and others vs. State of Rajasthan and Others on the subject of sexual harassment of women in the workplace which took the shape of the POSH Act, 2013 and UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment) Regulation, 2015. Anyone violating this policy is subject to disciplinary action.


Formerly constituted as the Gender Sensitisation Committee against Sexual Harassment (GSCASH) on 29th of September, 2014, the ICC has been re-constituted on 14th of June, 2016 with the following members:

For students: Any student who wishes to file a complaint pertaining to sexual harassment or discrimination can contact any of the internal members of ICC or file an ONLINE COMPLAINT:
